MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd October, 2025 S.O. 4849(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 68A of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the Central Government hereby establishes the following Registrars of Companies in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs specified in column (2) of the Table below having territorial jurisdiction as specified in the corresponding column (3) of the Table below for the purpose of registration of Limited Liability Partnerships and discharging the functions under the said Act, namely:-
